StoryMakers: Chris Haughton

In this episode of StoryMakers, Rocco talks to illustrator and author Chris Haughton about his books, including the newest: GOODNIGHT EVERYONE about a little bear who isn’t sleepy enough to say, “Goodnight!” Chris shows us the location of the Ursa Minor and Ursa Major constellations  — two bears! — in the northern sky and describes the beautiful and fun collages he used to create all the animals in the forest.

There’s also a special appearance of George from OH NO, GEORGE!

But when George spies a delicious cake sitting on the kitchen table, his resolve starts to waver. It’s so hard to be a good dog when there are cats to chase and flowers to dig up What ever will Harry say when he gets back?

Shh! We Have a Plan

They stealthily make their advance, nets in the air. Ready one, ready two, ready three, and “go” But as one comically foiled plan follows another, it soon becomes clear that their quiet, observant companion, hand outstretched, has a far better idea
