This Writer’s Life: Creative Advice for Kids!

From Danielle Davis, author of Zinnia and the Bees and creator of This Writer’s Life, a YouTube channel for creative writing kids:

The latest episode of This Writer’s Life is a special compilation from all 20 episodes so far! One of my very favorite parts of this project is that each video features someone I admire offering a piece of creative advice for kids. This one compiles bits of all of them together. Behold 20 creative advice-givers sharing their experience and wise guidance with young writers from their own process! A huge thanks to every one of them!
My hope is that kid viewers will be as inspired as I am by each person and what they have to share!
Here they are in the order they appear in the episodes and in this video:

About This Writer’s Life

The goal of This Writer’s Life is to show young writers what writing looks like from the inside with honesty, tips, and cheering-on in order to spark kids’ own writer’s lives: to develop their identities as writers, discover their individual writing process, and tap into their unique voice and imagination. Each episode also features someone from a creative field offering a piece of advice to inspire them!
