To coincide with KidLit TV’s Halloween Special celebrating BONAPARTE FALLS APART & SKELETON FOR DINNER with Margery Cuyler and Will Terry here is a fun fizzling science activity you can do!

Huge thanks to TotTime who found this excellent science activity on Instagram from Michelle Dillon, who wanted to do a fun after school activity that related to the children’s book character, Bonaparte.
This is what she did:

Here’s what you’ll need!

Skeleton Mold (can purchase at the Dollar Store)
Baking Soda
White Vinegar

Mix some baking soda and water and pour the mixture into the mold. Put the mold in the freezer. Once frozen, put the molds on a tray. Squirt white vinegar on the molds for some fizzy science fun!
