There are so many amazing events, observances, and traditions surrounding the month of November. As yet another year begins to wind down, I think everyone is feeling a sense of intense gratitude and thankfulness. Even though the world is a crazy place, we still have A LOT to be grateful for. This month is a great time to snuggle up with the young readers in your life and focus on “counting blessings” with colorful and heartwarming stories.
Here are some of our favorite booklists that will help us all read Diverse Books with a Thankful Heart:
Author Deedee Cummings has shared a few of her favorites in A November Gratitude Booklist on the Make A Way Media blog. Check out this beautiful list here.

Leanna from All Done Monkey has a wonderful blog post on Teaching Values: Picture Books to Raise Good Humans HERE.

Jodie from Growing Book by Book Help has a list of beautiful books to help Children Develop a Heart of Gratitude HERE.

What are YOU grateful for?
